Dear Friends, I want to share with you my credo, a work in progress:

As an animist, I strive for diversity, the aliveness and right to be for all beings; everyone is a unique part of the whole; life is a sacred hoop and includes death; the soul is eternal and has a process of expressing each being’s genius. We are ancestors; everything is an ancestor including the in front of us. Humans are responsible to life; it is a gift. My younger self thought that if all humans lived from their heart, sharing and expressing their gifts, our world would simply work better. I've been refining that ideal most of my life.

I’ve had several experiences where LIFE spoke to me. Life told me how to stay alive. It first told me, “You have work to do” and forty years later it told me "Let go. Trust".  I nearly died both times but I didn’t and so now, in act three (digesting life to be an elder) I'm told that it's time to convey what I've learned, explore that which I haven’t learned and pass on a legacy of LIFE to you. So, here we go! May you join me on this exploratory journey To Awakening to the Heart of Life.
